When I called him the next morning, he has already reviewed my X-ray and offered to meet me at the hospital for further consultation. I was impressed with the thoroughess of his review. He even picked up some minor and hardly visible injuries I sustained 4 years ago! Once I decided to go for the surgical option, he worked closely with the hospital and my insurance company to allow the operation to proceed in less than 24 hours, even over the holiday weekend. He explained all the details before and after the surgery so I was fully informed. The bone fixture was very nicely done. The pain was well under control and I was able to stop pain killer within 2 days. During post-surgery recovery, Dr. Grey came to the hospital and examined me everyday and whenever upon my request. He was very personable, friendly and professional. He also provided me a very clear medical report for the treatment along with a very clear follow-up plan for the next 12 weeks.
